AlefEdge Freshers Developer Hiring Challenge 2021

Job Title: Application Developer, Network Developer

Job Location: Pune

Salary: Best in Industry

Experience: Freshers/0+

Degree Required: BE/B.Tech/BSC/MCA/ME/M.Tech or Any

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0+ years of experience (2020 and below grads)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Coding and Problem-solving

Job Description:

Application Developer:

Must-have Skills:

  • Server-side technologies, building web applications, backend (database) processing, analytics (using Python, NodeJS, Java etc.)
  • Experience with object-oriented languages (C++/Java, etc.)
  • Software development tools and scripting in a Linux environment
  • Knowledge of basic data networking
  • Understanding of (various) databases – its distribution and interfacing.
  • RESTful API based (micro) services
  • Adaptation and Integration of third-party (or open-source) software into the product

Good to have skills:

  • Good understanding of networked applications on TCP/IP based stack
  • Exposure to Mobile Application development to build SDK’s is a plus
  • Knowledge of Virtualization, Linux-containers
  • Exposure to Application monitoring, metering, trending, analytics
  • Understanding of VM or container orchestration using Kubernetes

Network developer

Must-have Skills:

  • Experience with networking, systems software, and libraries in a Linux environment
  • C/C++ as part of a reasonably large project in a team
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP/UDP protocols
  • Software development tools and scripting in a Linux environment
  • Development experience with multi-threaded system applications
  • Socket programming

Good-to-have Skills:


  • Data Packet inspection and manipulation
  • Linux kernel development
  • Building and/or modifying protocol stacks
  • Working on adapting/integrating third-party (or open-source) software into the product • Experience in mobility protocols (3GPP or 3GPP2) a plus
  • Exposure to virtualization and associated control techniques
  • Experience in monitoring solution, analytics, etc.
  • Experience in cloud-native technologies, containers, and orchestration with Kubernetes
